Gun-point - The Quality Repointing Service
In 1979, a programme was undertaken to research the repointing market and also develop the mortar pump, which is at the heart of the Gun-point mechanised repointing system. Gun-point Limited was formally incorporated in 1983 and formed a contracting division to undertake repointing work. Since 1984 we have trained and licensed authorised contractors across the country.
These specialist contractors work under strict supervision, using Gun-point's unique equipment and highly trained personnel. Contracts are undertaken in repointing brick, stonework, brick replacements, weatherproofing, epoxy crack repairs and deep pressure pointing and grouting.
All our teams are trained to use this equipment accurately and carefully and repointing is their only activity. We specialise in deep pointing and overhead works, raking and repointing of old hard cement-based mortars and our experience in solving both the technical and operational problems of repointing is second to none.
